The hotel has a great location near the M6, making it perfect for a stopover. The room service was exceptionally friendly and professional, but there were issues with the dining experience being poor and overcharged.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was great for motorway traveling, but lacked nearby facilities and public transport. The dining experience was below average, and the restaurant facilities were disappointing. However, the hotel had plenty of car parking spaces for convenience.
